Term & timing
Occupancy starts September 7, 2026. Flexible terms run as short as three months, with every sublease ending on or before October 2027 — built for a defined project or season, not a long-term home.
What's in the rent
One monthly number covers your space plus shared power, water, internet, corridors, restrooms and utility rooms — and call-center routing so your business line rings straight through to you. You carry your own business insurance.
Best-fit uses
Dry storage, e-commerce fulfillment, light assembly and distribution. Food-grade storage requires Washington WSDA warehouse licensing (RCW 69.10) — budget a few weeks to process, and we can point you to the steps.
Shared loading
Grade-level and dock-high doors, plus shared carts and pallet jacks. Dock windows are coordinated so every tenant gets reliable access.
Delivered as-is
Spaces come broom-clean. Light improvements like partitions or shelving can be arranged.
To reserve
